I only take payment through Paypal, fully upfront. Partial refund will be given if the commission is cancelled by the commissioner. The refund amount depends on the amount of work already done ie. no progress is a full refund.
I have every right to refuse a commission.

You may not use any art of mine for commercial purposes. The commissioner can post my art freely, but credit would be lovely.

YES: Character sheets, sexual content, erotic poses, furries (Though not my best),
NO: complex machinery or any hate speech.
